The Greater Maryland Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery provides a full scope of services, including treatment of impacted teeth, corrective jaw surgery and wisdom teeth removal. They diagnoses and treat facial pain and injuries as well as TMJ disorders. They also perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures.

The practice has three offices to meet your needs. You will find them centrally located in Gaithersburg, Silver Spring, and in Frederick. The offices are open Monday through Friday, 730 AM to 4 PM for your convenient appointment scheduling. They accept many forms of payment, and work with your dental insurance company to maximize your reimbursement.

The oral surgery team of Greater Maryland Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery consists of Dr. Terry Sweeney, Dr. John Wise, and Dr. Gregory Romanow. The doctors are all board certified by the Americal Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
